We respect the privacy of all personal information that you provide via our website. We do not sell or disclose our customer lists or information about our customers to any advertisers or third parties. We do collect personal information (name, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, and any other information you may disclose) about our customers. This information is used for internal review purposes (such as improving our website, customer service, and systems administration). We build mailing lists using this information on a completely voluntary basis that enables us to notify our customers of promotions or new developments. Unless we specifically indicate otherwise, these mailing lists and any other personal information will be used solely by Pure Cosmic Printing and its employees for internal purposes and will not be published, sold, or otherwise transferred to third parties. We reserve the right to modify our Privacy Policy at any time. If we ever change our Privacy Policy, we will post any changes on this page.

ACQUISITION OF INFORMATION - We do not acquire any more information about the customer than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely. 

OUR EMPLOYEES AND PRIVACY - We train all our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about customers only to those employees who require it to process the order. 

SECURITY MEASURES - We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service. 

DISCLOSURE to THIRD PARTIES - We will provide individually-identifiable information about customers to third parties ONLY if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the customer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services such as shipping companies. 

PRIVACY & OUR BUSINESS PARTNERS - When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more customer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. 

EMAIL & PHONE Correspondences - All conversations / electronic mail messages are recorded in any case of disputes regarding transactions. Information, if required to settle disputes, will be made available to third party agencies such as local courts, our company law firm, and other involved parties such as banks.
